Dutch Optimaskus Events

 

Disclaimer:

At our conventions, by purchasing an entrance ticket you're always guaranteed a seat in the
auditorium where you can attend the opening/closing ceremonies and the panels (depends on wether
you have purchased a day ticket or for the whole weekend). Our company guarantees not to oversell at our conventions, meaning our guests will do a maximum of Photo OP's, autographs and M&G's, as agreed on in our contracts with them. In this case, sold out truly means sold out!

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!

Our guests will never be announced before a written agreement between Dutch Optimaskus Events
and the Celebrity or their representatives has bin made and thus signed. Announced guests can cancel
their appearance due to conflicting workschedules, sickness, privat circumstances and more reasons
which aren't listed here but are agreed on as legal cancelation reasons. We recommand you to visit a
convention for the whole experience and not only just for that one person you would like to meet
because of the reasons listed here above. By cancelation either early on or just before the Event will
take place, we always give it our all to book a replacement guest.

Our Events will continue on the announced date rather a guest has cancelled or not. Every single
guest, is present under a mutual written agreement (drawn up contract between both parties). In case
a guest has to cancel because of earlier called reasons, you won't be refunded your admision ticket
because the Event will still take place on the settled date with the remaining guests and if the
opportunity arise, with a replacement guest in it's place. Dutch Optimaskus Events is not responsable
for a refund if a guest appearance has bin cancelled. Instead Photo OP's & Autographs can take place
with a replacement guest and this option will be provided if the replacement guest is assigned the
same prices for their Photo OP's & Autographs. In case of a replacement guest with a lower salesprice,
you will be provided an option for a refund or an exchange where the difference will be refunded in
ticketprices. As for Meet & Greets, this will alway's be refunded. However, the first 25 who will reach
out to us on our info mail (info@dutchoptimaskusevents.com) will be granted an exchange to use
their M&G ticket from the cancelled guest, for the replacement guest (within 24 hours after cancelation). If a difference in ticketprices exist, the difference will be refunded. If a guest apearance is cancelled for whatever reason or the reasons stated above, you have 7 days to reach out to us by our
company email (info@dutchoptimaskusevents.com) or the rights for a refund will be cancelled. Only
by reaching out on our company mail, we are obligated to review your refund request. We are in no
other way obligated to do so, not by a written/ typed letter (mail delivery could go wrong for many
reasons), not by our Social Media Accounts or by private messages online as they are quickly
overlooked. So make sure you reach out in time by our company email to request your refund. We will
always update our line-up of guests on all our Social Media Platforms within 24 hours of the
cancelation.

Dutch Optimaskus Events is not to be held accountable for any financial loss associated with the
purchase or non refundable reservations of air tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, public transport or any
other reservations or purchases that have bin made upfront one of our Events which aren't listed here
above. We strongly recommend you have a travel insurance by an insurance company, rather a policy
agreed on for the dure of your travel or a whole year round policy, for any unforeseen events that can
happen in life.

Disease and Illness Disclaimer:

By buying your admission pass to one of our Events, we all depend on your responsibility to stay safe
and free from sickness, since social distancing isn't an option at Events where hundreds up to 2000
people could attend our Events. As we all can understand, health is unfortunately not something we
are all blessed with. People with for example a lung disease, strongly depend on others to attent these
kind of Events in all safety for their health and well-being. For one a cold could be a harmless thing,
something they just need to ride out for a week, but for someone else it could mean, they would end
up with a lunginfection or even worse. We strongly recommend, to not attent our Events during
sickness like having a cold, Influenza/Corona virus or any other virus, a bacterial infection or anything
else that is not listed here but could infect and/or affect the people surrounding you. For the people
with an illness, making them volnurable to others and for example the reasons stating above, we
strongly suggest you take all steps to protect yourself to stay healthy, and ask yourself how safe it is to
attent an Event with hundreds or even thousands of people. We are not only depending on the own
taken responsibility from the fans, we also rely on the fans to take well prepared preperations for their
medical safety without depending to much on others. Since we can't guarantee for every single fan
what is to be deemed safe and what isn't, we depend strongly on you to make the right decision for
yourself. Questions about health can always be adressed to our infomail(info@dutchoptimaskusevents.com.

We are always happy to go above and beyond for the fans, but unfortunately we can't take safety meassurements for each and everyone of you. If you do attend, you agree that you will take all possible steps to protect your health and the health of all others attending the event. Meaning also our guests! Because of close contact with the guests who often traveled a long way to our small country and took a lot of planning, we are always in our rights to decline your attendency if it would effect/harm the health of your surrounding attendees and/or our guests in any way possible. We unfortunately need to take action if you won't have shown any responsibility yourself to let all attendeed, guests, staff and others stay as healthy as possible. You further agree that, by using an admission pass and attending our Events, you thereby waive any claim of liability you might make against Dutch Optimaskus Events, or its directors, guests, hired professionals, the location itself, employees, volunteers and agents/reps/assistents from our guests as a result of your contracting disease or illness from attending one of our events, and you agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dutch Optimaskus Events and its directors guests, hired professionals, the location itself, employeers, volunteers and agents/reps/assistents from our guests against any loss that any of them may suffer or be obligated to pay as a result of any claim that may be made against any of them by others, as a result of you attending the Event, including, but not limited to, legal damages, attorney's fees and court costs. If you are unsure on your status, please consult with your doctor before purchasing an Event admission ticket. You further agree that should Dutch Optimaskus Events in its sole opinion believe that you may pose a threat to the health of others, it may deny you admission or request that you leave the Event and that you understand and accept all risks that your attendance may encounter.

Overpriced tickets are forbidden:

We understand that contracting a cold or getting sick in any other way, last minute right before the
Event, is something out of your control. However, we provide the option to sell your ticket in our sales
group on Facebook amongst other fans. Many times, there are fans looking for a ticket, rather it's sold
out or just a last minute decision. Whatever the reason, for keeping prices the way they are, we forbid
tickets being sold for more money than the prices which are stated in the official Shop. If we find out,
tickets are overpriced and sold, we will cancel the QR code making the ticket invalid. This can be all
sorts of tickets, either Photo OP's, Autographs, M&G's or any of the tickets to attend our events. We
highly recommend people to report any case of overpriced tickets to us. We all know the Convention
world can be expensive. To provide fair chances to everyone who wishes to attend our events, we
forbid the overpricing of our event tickets in any way. To moderate, we created a sales group on our
Facebook account. Still, we strongly advise you to create any form of contract where you try as hard as possible to protect yourself from being scammed. We can forbid the overpricing of tickets, but
unfortunately can't control everything, certainly not once sold. Make sure you ask for Identification
papers, a written contract between the buyer and the seller, you could set up a video call for example
and if you pay with Paypal you could add the buyer protection service offered by Paypal. We, Dutch
Optimaskus Events, are in no way responsible for any kind of financial loss, if you buy tickets from
another person and not directly from the Ticket shop.

As an organisation, we welcome all fans. As for our fans with a dissabillity, please inform us on our
company email (info@dutchoptimaskusevents.com) if their are any precautions to make for you to
attend our event safely. We can't promise a sollution for everybody, but we certainly want to try! With
the seating, we hold in account people who need medical equipment to be able to attend our events
and reserve special tickets for them. We will allow medical assistancy dogs. Please reach out to us on
our company mail as stated here above, so we can register the legal documents for your medical
assistancy dog upfront. As for some of our guests or attendees may be allergic for dogs or other
animals, we ask for your understanding that all other dogs and/or pets aren't allowed at our events.
Our events can be very loud which for example for a dog can be causing harm to its hearing. To assure
the safety for everyone at our events we won't allow any animals at our locations where the events
take place, only medical assistancy dogs are allowed.

Children:

Children have free entrance to our events up to the age of 4 years old, as long as the child can sit on
your lap and not require its own seat. When the child needs its own chair, an admission pass is
mandatory for the child. We cannot offer any reduced prices for a child because we offer different
ticket seatings (Platina, VIP, Gold etc.) It wouldn't be fair to other fans for a child to sit on a Platina
seat for example for a reduced admission pass. All children, also under the age of 4 years old, need to
be registered. For the first responders as in the firefighters, the police and others, it's important for
them to know how many people are in the building, therefor we require every single person to be
registered for our events. For children from all ages is an extra ticket required when you want to take them with you in the Photo OP room or at a Meet & Greet. For all rooms counts: No one has access without the required ticket, this also includes children as for our crew it's impossible to know otherwise who has a ticket for a Photo OP etc. You need to take in account, that if you have a Photo OP with one of our guests, that there is someone to watch over your child. Also our saturday evening programm, children are not allowed, as there will be served alcohol and we stick with the NIX rules (nothing under 18). Our conventions are initially intended for adults. On stage appearance (for example during panels) by our guests may include off-color or inappropriate humor and profanity. The views and opinions expressed by any guest either on or off stage, during one of our Events are those of the guest from our line-up appearing itself, and do no reflect the views and opinions of Dutch Optimaskus Events or any of their affiliated parties, rather it be our sponsors, partners or hired professionals. Children are welcome at our events IF accompanied by an adult who has legal guardianship over the child. Another adult may be appointed by one who has legal guardianship over the child. We allow ourselves the rights to ask for a written agreement of the legal guardianship from the child and this needs to be shown upon request by any of our staff members. Even though not all ages are obligated by law to have an ID with them, we highly recommend you will take an ID of the child with you and a printed version from the one who holds legal guardianship over the child. Just in case you end up in a situation where an ID is required like coming in contact with the police for any reason or during an emergency. We also strongly recommend to take the health insurance card from the child with you for any emergency, certainly if traveling abroad.

As for very young children and babies, we recommend you as caretaker know your child best and will
apply again on your own responsibility. Events can be very loud, we don't provide a resting space or
play area for children and are in no way legally responsible for the well-being of your child. A day at
our Event can be very long, with little to nothing to do for your child. Events being loud, we are in no
legal way responsible for ear/hearing damage the loudness of our Events may cause. We highly
recommend if you do attend with a small child/baby to provide your child with Noise cancelling/reducing headphones, which are especially invented for concerts/events etc.

With buying an admission ticket and registering your child, you automatically agree on our policy that
with a disturbance caused by your child, we reserve all rights to remove you from the hall/room
where the disturbance is caused. This will ofcourse be requested, but please realise that all the
attendees paid money to enjoy this weekend with our guests, some even saved for a long time, and
that any disturbance will not be tolerated. This to guarantee the joy we want to bring to the fans who
attend our Conventions.

Bullying/Harassment at our Events:

Dutch Optismaskus Events does not tolerate any forms of harassment or bullying at its event and is
hosted by a zero tolerance policy! We highly recommend if you witness bad behavior at our events,
to immediatly notify one of our staff members who are instructed before the event to inform us (the
organisation) so we can take precautions immediatly. We can't change anything if we are not aware of
the situation and cannot guarantee that we are present in situations of harassment. Even though we
try to cover the whole locationspace with our staff, during busy events like these, we are only human
with one set of eyes and a lot of distractions during the Event.

Dutch Optimaskus Event has the right to refuse anyone without prior notice. As for interfering with
the safety and/or well-being of other fans, actors, staff, the location, our hired professional, and the
actors reps/agents/assistents and our Dutch Optimaskus Events organisation itself, will be a reason to
be banned immediatly from the location and for future events hosted by Dutch Optimaskus Events.
Among the things we wont allow but isn't limited by this list are:
- Harassment of any kind both in advance and/or at a particular event;
- Illegal activity;
- Vandalism of both properties from/at the location or the properties from our organisation or the
organisations and their work equipment which got hired by Dutch Optimaskus events;
Being denied at our Events and/or our Social Media Platforms or being asked to leave our Events
(either peacefully but with resistance also forcefully by the security hired by Dutch Optimaskus events
for the safety of our events or even by the Police), shall never be based on race or color, national origin or citizenship status, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy or genetic information, Veteran or Military status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity, medical condition*, political affliations or activities, or status as a victim of domestic violence, assault or stalking.

Staff:

We are blessed with all our staff and cherish everything they do to make our Events possible. Without
them, there wouldn't be any Dutch Optimaskus Events hosting any Event. If you are interested in a
