Refund:

1. Can I request a refund for the entrance ticket after purchasing?


We do not refund an entrance ticket as is disclosed in our disclaimer. However, we do offer a ticket request and sales group where you can offer your entrance ticket to other fans in our facebook group. Often, people are looking for tickets, rather it's becausethe convention is sold out or because of  last minute cancellations.



2. A guest has cancelled. Will I be reimbursed  ?

If a guest has to cancel rather due filming obligations or private circumstances, we will try to arrange a replacement guest. You'll be offered the option to use your purchased tickets like Photo OP's, M&G's and autographs for the replacement guest or to recieve a full refund. In case the tickets are not in eachothers price range, the difference will be refunded (if you will use your extra's for the replacement guest). In case the tickets are more expensive than upon purchase, you will be refunded in full and offered to buy optional tickets for  the guest in our ticketshop.

3. Will the convention be cancelled if a guest has cancelled?


No, our conventions will continue as planned. We either arrange a replacement guest or continue with the guests that are attending the convention. Entrance tickets won't be refunded because guests can cancel. We do advise to visit our conventions for the whole experience, to prevent dissapointment when a guest has cancelled.

4. How do I sell my purchased tickets/extra's?


We offer in our Facebook account two groups, either for selling your ticket or to buy a ticket. You can offer your ticket/extra's for sale, but make sure you'll never ask a higher price than the original price in our ticketshop, since we strictly forbid to sell all our tickets for a higher price than the original price. We forbid this so we can make sure that all fans have a chance to purchase ticket's and extra's for a fair price and to prevent extortionate prices.



5. I bought a ticket/extra from someone else in the sales group. Do I have to register my tickets and change the name on them?


No, the name on the ticket/extra is not of any importance. We do not register names.The only thing that is of importance is the QR Code on the ticket, as we will scan the QR Codes at our Events. We do advise that as a precaution if you buy tickets/extra's from someone else, that you seek contact in any possible way with the seller. Like a videocall for example. Also, make sure you have the personal details from the seller. You can request for a contract drawn up between both parties. If you purchase your ticket with Paypal, we strongly recommand to buy your tickets with the buyer protection service that Paypal offers. Be aware, that the buyer protection only offers this for a maximum of 3 months!



6. Someone is selling tickets/extra's more expansive than the original price. Can I report this person?

Yes, we strongly advise to report the person to our organization. Always report this person by our company email. Make sure you send us all the information available, like personal details of the seller, weblink to the advertisement etc.
